Design for business software is mostly about the boring screens: the table someone uses two hundred times a day, the form that must not lose input, the empty state that tells a new user what to do. We spend our time there.

How it reaches production
We work in tokens and components from the first screen, so the Figma file and the codebase describe the same system. Every screen is delivered with its states, empty, loading, error and success, because that is where most interfaces quietly fail. The design system behind this site is built the same way.

- Do you design without building?
- Yes, but most of our design work is for things we then build. Designing and building in one team is why the two match.
- What do developers receive?
- A token set, a component library and annotated screens, not just pictures. This site's design system is an example of the format.
- How quickly can you start?
- Discovery usually begins within one to two weeks of a first call. If something is urgent, say so and we will tell you honestly whether we can fit it.
- What if we don't have finalised requirements?
- Then we start with a short paid scoping sprint: we map the workflow, define the scope and backlog, and give you an estimate you can hold us to.
- Do you offer retainers?
- Yes. A retained squad gives you ongoing design, development and automation capacity billed monthly, with a fixed set of people who know your systems.
- Is maintenance included?
- Every build includes three months of support after launch. After that, a retainer or ad-hoc work, your choice.
