A logistics company's fixed assets were spread across sites and locations with a register that no longer matched what was on the floor, and no fast way to audit it.
The situation
Fixed assets across several sites, a register that had drifted, and audits that meant a person with a clipboard. Finance needed a register it could trust; operations needed to find things.
What we built
A three-part system sharing one data model: a Next.js web dashboard, an Express API on SQLite, and a React Native mobile app. Every asset gets a QR label. Auditors walk a location with the app, scan what is there, and the dashboard reports what is missing or misplaced. Reports export to Excel for the fixed asset register.
The system became QR-App AMS, which we now offer as a product.
