Terms of service

FutureForge Studios Private Limited. Effective 5 September 2026.

These terms cover two things: using this website, and engaging ("we", "the studio") for services. A signed proposal or contract for a specific project takes precedence over anything here that conflicts with it.

1. Using the website

You may read, link to and quote from this site for any lawful purpose. Do not scrape it at a rate that affects other visitors, probe it for vulnerabilities without asking, or use the contact form to send anything unlawful or abusive. We may block access that does either.

2. Content and intellectual property

The text, design, code and images on this site belong to the studio unless stated otherwise. Product names and logos of third parties belong to their owners. Our open-source products are licensed under the terms in their repositories, which are separate from these terms.

3. Engaging the studio

Work begins when a written scope or proposal is accepted by both sides. That document sets out the deliverables, timeline, price, payment schedule and any assumptions. Estimates given before a scope is agreed are estimates.

4. What you own at handover

Unless the scope says otherwise, on full payment you own the code, designs and documentation produced specifically for your project, and we transfer them into your repositories. We keep the right to reuse general techniques, libraries and tooling that are not specific to you, and to use our own open-source products in your project under their licences.

5. Your responsibilities

You provide access, information and decisions in reasonable time, and you have the right to the data and systems you ask us to work with. Where a project involves collecting data from third-party sources, you are responsible for the lawful basis of that collection; we will tell you if we think a request crosses a line, and we may decline it.

6. Payment

Invoices are due within the period stated on them. Work may pause on overdue invoices. Cancellations and refunds are covered by the cancellation and refund policy.

7. Confidentiality

We keep your information confidential and use it only for the project. We will sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before discovery if you ask.

8. Support and warranties

Every build includes three months of support after launch for defects in what we delivered. Beyond that, support is under a retainer or by agreement. We do not warrant results that depend on third-party services, platforms or data sources we do not control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending an engagement

Either side may end an engagement with written notice as set out in the scope. You pay for work completed to that date; we hand over what exists at that point.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of .
