On the floor

    Every asset gets a QR code. Generate, print and stick; scan to see the record.

  • Audit mode

    Walk a location with the mobile app, scan what is there, and the system reports what is missing or misplaced.

    React Native app for Android and iOS: scan, browse, search, audit.

In the office

  • Sites and locations

    Model head office, plants and rooms. Assets belong to a location and move with a record.

  • Dashboard and reports

    Statistics and charts on the web dashboard, with Excel export for finance.

  • Employees and admins

    User management with roles, so auditors, managers and finance see what they should.

  1. Import or enter the asset register and print QR labels.

QR-App AMS is the asset management system we built for a logistics company, now offered as a product. It has three parts: a web dashboard, a backend API, and a mobile scanner app, all sharing one data model.

The problem it solves

A fixed-asset register in a spreadsheet is accurate on the day it is made. Assets move, get scrapped, get renamed, and finance finds out at year end. QR-App AMS puts a label on every asset and a scanner in the auditor's hand, so the register and the floor stay in agreement.

Web dashboard

Statistics and charts, the asset register with QR code generation, sites and locations, user management for employees and admins, audit management, and reports with Excel export.

Mobile app

Scan a QR code to open the asset. Audit mode walks a location and records what is present. Browse and search the register from anywhere.
