CRM development

Custom CRM and business systems for teams that have outgrown spreadsheets and do not fit an off-the-shelf tool, built on a data model you own and connected to the channels you already use.

The best CRM is the one people actually update. Off-the-shelf tools fail when the process they enforce is not the process the team runs, so people fall back to WhatsApp threads and a spreadsheet. We build the system around the real process instead.

Typical work

  • Sales pipelines with lead capture from forms, WhatsApp and email
  • Customer and order records connected to a Shopify or marketplace store
  • Asset, fleet and maintenance registers, the kind we also ship as products
  • Reporting that answers the three questions the owner asks every Monday

How we build it

We start with the data model, because everything else follows from it. Then the screens people use most, then the integrations, then reporting. Your existing data is imported and cleaned on the way in, and the system runs on PostgreSQL, so you can query it directly whenever you like.

// FAQ //

Questions about CRM development.

Often you should, and we will say so. Custom makes sense when the process is unusual, the data model does not fit, or the per-seat cost of a big CRM exceeds the cost of building the part you actually use.

Yes. Orders, customers and inventory from Shopify, WooCommerce or a marketplace can flow into the system and back.

Discovery usually begins within one to two weeks of a first call. If something is urgent, say so and we will tell you honestly whether we can fit it.

Then we start with a short paid scoping sprint: we map the workflow, define the scope and backlog, and give you an estimate you can hold us to.

Yes. A retained squad gives you ongoing design, development and automation capacity billed monthly, with a fixed set of people who know your systems.

Every build includes three months of support after launch. After that, a retainer or ad-hoc work, your choice.
