Nine capabilities. One team.
Most projects use two or three of them. The same people carry the work from first call to handover.
Start from the problem.
Automate the work
Our team repeats the same work every day: copying, checking, forwarding.
Workflows that run without you
Pythonn8nZapier
We answer the same WhatsApp questions all day.
LLM agents with guardrails
PythonOpenAIPostgreSQL
We need data from public websites, on a schedule, clean.
Compliance-first data extraction

Build the product
Our website is slow, dated, or does not sell.
Sites and web apps that hold up
Next.jsReactTypeScript
Field staff need something on their phones.
Mobile and cross-platform apps

The product works but people struggle to use it.
Interfaces people can actually use

Run the systems
We have a backend or pipeline that keeps breaking.
Backends, pipelines, integrations

The CRM does not fit how we sell, so nobody updates it.
CRM and ERP wired to your ops

Deploys are scary and nobody trusts the backups.

Three ways to work with us.
| Fixed-scope project | Retained squad | Automation audit | |
|---|---|---|---|
| In short | Defined scope, fixed price, one team | Ongoing capacity, billed monthly | Two weeks, a map of what to automate |
| How it works | A defined outcome, a fixed price and a date. We scope it with you first, then build it in weeks, with a working version early. | A fixed set of people who know your systems, on ongoing capacity billed monthly. Design, development and automation from one team. | Two weeks inside your operations. We map the manual work, rank what is worth automating, and estimate each item, so you can decide with numbers. |
| Best for | A specific system: an automation, a site, an app, an integration. | Teams with a steady stream of work and no in-house engineers, or not enough of them. | Anyone who suspects there is a lot to automate but does not know where to start. |
| Starts with | A discovery call, then a written scope you sign off. | A month at a time. No long lock-in. | A short call to agree the scope of what we look at. |
Fixed-scope project
- In short
- Defined scope, fixed price, one team
- How it works
- A defined outcome, a fixed price and a date. We scope it with you first, then build it in weeks, with a working version early.
- Best for
- A specific system: an automation, a site, an app, an integration.
- Starts with
- A discovery call, then a written scope you sign off.
Retained squad
- In short
- Ongoing capacity, billed monthly
- How it works
- A fixed set of people who know your systems, on ongoing capacity billed monthly. Design, development and automation from one team.
- Best for
- Teams with a steady stream of work and no in-house engineers, or not enough of them.
- Starts with
- A month at a time. No long lock-in.
Automation audit
- In short
- Two weeks, a map of what to automate
- How it works
- Two weeks inside your operations. We map the manual work, rank what is worth automating, and estimate each item, so you can decide with numbers.
- Best for
- Anyone who suspects there is a lot to automate but does not know where to start.
- Starts with
- A short call to agree the scope of what we look at.
Before you choose.
- How quickly can you start?
- Discovery usually begins within one to two weeks of a first call. If something is urgent, say so and we will tell you honestly whether we can fit it.
- What if we don't have finalised requirements?
- Then we start with a short paid scoping sprint: we map the workflow, define the scope and backlog, and give you an estimate you can hold us to.
- Do you offer retainers?
- Yes. A retained squad gives you ongoing design, development and automation capacity billed monthly, with a fixed set of people who know your systems.
- Is maintenance included?
- Every build includes three months of support after launch. After that, a retainer or ad-hoc work, your choice.
- Who owns the code and designs?
- You do. Everything is transferred at handover with documentation, in your own repositories.
