Weekly client reports were assembled by hand in PowerPoint from spreadsheet data, taking more than fifteen hours a week and drifting from the brand templates.

The situation

Every week, an agency team rebuilt client decks by hand: copy the numbers from a sheet, paste them into slides, fix the formatting, repeat. It took more than fifteen hours a week and the decks never quite matched the brand.

What we built

A pipeline that reads the source sheet and generates the deck from branded templates, in both Google Slides and PowerPoint. When the data changes, one click regenerates the deck. Layout and brand rules are enforced by the template, not by a person at midnight.

What changed

Deck production went from a weekly chore to a few minutes.
