  3. Marketing Services:
    • Reports, strategies, and analytics are provided in digital formats such as PDF, Excel, or other agreed file types through email or project platforms.
  4. Automation and Custom Services:
    • Automation scripts, tools, and other custom deliverables are sent as executable files, code snippets, or project files via secure file transfer methods.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project. Specific timelines are agreed upon at the start of the engagement.
  • Standard Delivery Time: 7–30 business days for most services.
  • Urgent Delivery Requests: We can accommodate shorter timelines for urgent projects upon prior agreement. Additional fees may apply.

Shipping Costs

  • As most of our deliverables are digital, no physical shipping charges apply.
  • If tangible items (e.g., promotional materials, merchandise) are part of the project, any shipping costs will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Order Tracking

  • For larger or ongoing projects, clients will receive regular updates on progress and milestones through email or our project management platforms.
  • Key project updates and timelines are communicated transparently throughout the engagement.
