Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Below are the guidelines for cancellations:

Custom Service Packages:

  • Clients may cancel a project within 48 hours of placing the order for a full refund, provided no work has started.
  • For cancellations beyond 48 hours, requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and charges will be applied based on the scope of work completed.
  • Custom service packages are highly tailored; therefore, cancellation terms may vary depending on the nature and progress of the project.

Subscriptions or Ongoing Retainers:

  • Subscriptions or retainers can be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle once services have been initiated.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our custom services, the following conditions apply to refund requests:

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds may be issued if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services as outlined in the project contract or agreement.
  • Partial refunds may be offered based on the portion of work completed in relation to the total project scope.
  • No refunds will be provided for services that have been successfully delivered and meet the agreed specifications.

Non-Refundable Services:
The following services are non-refundable:

  • Completed custom graphic designs, web development, or UI/UX work, where final files or deliverables have been shared.
  • Marketing campaigns or automation processes that have been initiated.
  • Domain purchases, hosting services, or third-party software purchased on behalf of the client.

Processing Time:

  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 3-5 working days of submission.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited to the customer’s original payment method.
