Cancellation and refund policy

This policy applies to services bought from . Everything we deliver is digital, so there is no shipping; delivery means handover of code, files, credentials and documentation as set out in the project scope.

Cancelling a fixed-scope project

• Within 48 hours of paying the deposit, before work has started: full refund of the deposit.
• After work has started: you pay for the work completed to the date of cancellation, assessed against the milestones in the scope. Any amount paid beyond that is refunded; any amount owed is invoiced. We hand over everything that exists at that point.

Cancelling a retainer

Retainers run month to month. Cancel in writing before the next billing date and no further invoice is raised. The current month is not refunded, because the capacity was reserved for you.

What is not refundable

• Completed work that has been delivered and accepted, or that meets the agreed scope.
• Design, development or design-ops work whose files have already been handed over.
• Automation or marketing work that has already been put into operation.
• Third-party costs bought on your behalf: domains, hosting, software licences, paid APIs, advertising spend.

When you are entitled to a refund

If we fail to deliver what the scope promised and cannot put it right within a reasonable time after you tell us, you are entitled to a refund of the portion not delivered. Partial delivery is refunded in proportion to what was not delivered.

How to ask

Email with the invoice or proposal reference, what you are cancelling or asking to be refunded, and why. We acknowledge within two working days and review within five working days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven working days of approval; your bank or payment provider may take longer to show it.

Delivery

Deliverables are handed over through your repositories, secure file transfer or the shared drive agreed in the scope, on the dates in the scope. If a date moves because of something on our side, we tell you before it does. If a deliverable is delayed by something on your side (access, content, decisions), the timeline moves with it.
